Naked Harvest.
Naked Harvest excel in branding and community, but they faced technical shortcomings on their 'mom-and-pop' theme on Shopify. In their re-theme project, I addressed these limitations. I worked on optimising the site for mobile (their site was previously desktop-only, and in the 90 days since launch, mobile conversion increased by 21%), improving their homepage sections, customising bundles, and adding more opportunities to upsell and suggest products (AOV of new customers grew by 11%).
When it came to aesthetics, my aim was to steer away from the typical 'gym bro' image and instead present Naked Harvest as a fun, approachable, authentic brand, helping customers who don’t know where to start make the most out of Naked Harvest’s products, since launch the returning customer rate grew 12%.
